Our Coaching for Performance program is a framework that is custom-designed to elevate performance levels throughout your organization.


Our process has 3 steps:

  1. We begin the process by working with your company's senior leaders to identify the key performance indicators (KPIs) that are critical to the success of your business.

  2. We identify the core behaviours applicable to each role in your organization required to achieve those KPIs.

  3. We develop a coaching plan (skills development, coaching templates and coaching observations) to embed leadership coaching into the operations of your business focused clearly on the KPIs.


This custom program embeds a foundation of coaching throughout your organization and identifies how each individual can contribute to the broader goals through the successful execution of their own key behaviours.
