If it matters, plan it.
In our house, intentional living isn’t a buzzword—it’s a practice.
My wife and I plan nearly everything:- Family time- Workouts and races- Travel and downtime- Facetime with loved ones- Date nightsWe have 30/60/90-day check-ins to align on both personal and professional goals. It’s not rigid—it’s real. Life gets busy, and if we don’t plan for what matters, it often gets lost in the noise.
This kind of structure gives us freedom.Freedom to be fully present with our kids.Freedom to chase big goals, knowing our foundation is strong.Freedom to say yes to the right things—because we’ve already said no to the distractions.
In leadership and in life, clarity doesn’t happen by accident. You have to carve it out.
Because the life you want won’t build itself.
